Scanning your environment for trends that could impact your organization
Non – conformances and OFIs (opportunities for improvement)
When a nonconformity occurs, the organization will:
take action to control the nonconformity.
deal with the consequences.
evaluate the need for action to eliminate the cause of the nonconformity.
determining if similar nonconformities exist, or can potentially occur.
none of the above – hide the problem so no one gets into trouble.
Corrective actions shall be appropriate to the effects of the nonconformities encountered.
